the cheapest, fastest, brightest way to & from Edinburgh Airport
Travelling from Edinburgh airport and into the city just got that much brighter. The new Bright Bus Airport Express is a fast and convenient way to travel between the Airport and the city centre. It has fewer stops and convenient pick-up points, reducing the need for walking in the city centre.
We run every 15 mins for much of the day, with extra buses in the early morning for the rush of morning flight departures.
Fares start at £4 single, FREE for over 60 or under 22 with your NEC or Young Scot card. Edinburgh Airport employees can get a 7-day Airport Express pass for £15. To buy, show a valid staff ID on the bus.
