Our friendly team are on hand Monday – Friday from 7am – 7pm, and Saturday 9am-5pm if you need any help! Whether it’s a ticket query, timetable information or you’d like to give us some feedback, you can contact us either by email or phone.

Our tours depart from Waterloo Place from 9am, 7 days a week. Our Bright Bus team are unmissable and will be there to welcome you to Edinburgh and help you with tickets, advice and top tips to make your experience the best and brightest!
